Dinner Party Remix: Appetizers, Salads, and Soups

So, I’ve thrown a few dinner parties. 8 or 9, to be specific, and de have had very few repeats of courses. Your This means that some of my favorite boligen faire has been neglected for quite some time, hence the dinner party remix.

Consider it a “best of” showing from everything I’ve done.
The rules for voting are simple: I’ll post a list of everything that Legitimate I’ve made of a given category (Appetizers, Salads, Soups, Entrees, or Desserts), and you give me a ranked list of awesome. For the first three, you only have to do one or two of your favorites because the list is so short. For the latter two, however, you may have to give me 4 or 5 so that I can really see what’s best.
So, on to round one! This time, it’s appetizers, salads, and soups!
Bruschetta – Served at the first Italian Dinner Party. Tomatoes, basil, and a few other things on home made bread.
Crostini – Served at Italian Dinner Party 2: The Re-Partying. Highlights were tomatoes and smoked mozzarella on baked bread.
Dolmades – For the Greek dinner party. Lamb, rice, and seasonings wrapped in grape leaves and left to stew for wholesale jerseys an hour Beginnings or two. (And this time I promise to cook them completely)
Hummus – Also at the greek dinner party. Served with bake Pita bread.

Ceaser Salad – Chicken, lettuce, maybe a veggie or two, with a homemade Ceaser dressing.
Garden Salad – Lettuce, carrots, celery, cauliflower, possibly some tomato or red onion.
Greek Salad – Heavier on the red onion, olive, and all other flavors greek.
Tortalini Salad – Lettuce, pine nuts, tortellini, and a delicious homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
Leek: Homemade leek soup. Served at the 5th 3rd Floor Dinner Party.
Tomato: Starting with the tomatoes.
